This month on we are scraplifting the lovely work of Maria Featon.
Here is a reminder of her original layout and the sketch.
Here is what I used and what I did:
2 decorative Pins
Chalk Inks
3D foam tape
Bazzill scalloped heart
Draw with
pencil around the scalloped heart template onto the white side of 'Remember' paper
keep the roses in the bottom left corner. Do not draw over the roses.
With a craft knife cut out the shape, up to and around the roses. This will be your frame.

Lay
the frame in place over the paper called Cherish, with the red and white
pattern showing through the aperture. Work out position of photo and stick in
place so the bottom of photo is tucked under the frame.
With 3D foam tape cut pieces and add to reverse of frame created. Try not to stick foam too near the aperture to allow elements to be tucked under frame later. Stick frame in place.
Using
stickers from the element sheet and the scrap paper from the Remember sheet,
arrange over layout.
Cut
a piece of paper and trimmed with a border punch. Add to left of photo.
Ideas for the Element Sheet:
*
When using stickers de-tack by rubbing against clothing to make them easier to
work with, especially if you want to use with 3D foam.
*
Make more of your stickers - such as the tickets by cutting in half and using
each half separately where one end is going to be hidden under other elements.
*
If stringing bunting stickers across the aperture from the frame add a little
3D foam to hold the flags up. The same applies to any shapes that overlap the
frame into the aperture.
*
Use the date calendar by drawing a circle round the date.
*
Add journalling to the pink, lined decorative block on the sticker sheet.
*
Use the 'Beautiful Moments' or another sticker as your title.
Add a touch of glitter glue to the roses to finish off with a sparkle!
